Scone是英式下午茶不可或缺的經典麵包，也是很適合作為brunch來享用的quick-bread。對於經常跳過早餐直接來個brunch的我們家來說，能夠自己製作新鮮出爐的Scone，真的為早午餐時光注入了另一種幸福的體驗。

#01 PINEAPPLE & COCONUT MILK CUPCAKE

開始玩起軟陶是受蛋糕烘培的興趣所牽引，想要製作出小巧可愛長久存放也不會壞的點心。
軟陶那無窮盡的可塑空間，讓人想要用它來呈現所有的虛幻想像。但是軟陶“烘培”是在成品放進烤箱預備加熱時，就決定了一切的命運。 放進去什麼，出來就會是什麼樣子。烘培過程中也沒有體積或色澤變化，更沒有迷人的香氣。所以呢，牛油雞蛋麵粉的實驗，依然是我的一項大興趣。◕‿◕

自己動手，最開心的就是想要什麼口味就做什麼口味，最放心的是不用擔心材料是否安全衛生。光這兩點就足以讓我無畏“麻煩”地向終點邁進——試吃的下午茶時間~ 
農曆新年時有朋友送了一箱24罐的黃梨給我們（暈眩.....囧），而這也就是本次實驗計劃的最初動機了......

沉澱了一段時間後，這一次的開業感覺不一樣了，方向和触覺也同以往有了些許不同，可說是是值得慶祝的事。選在愚人節這天再度開闢新的天地，並不是偶然。雖然知道是“預謀”的，但是卻仍舊無法了解自己真正的想法。囧～真是複雜丫！
